That in no way is disrespectful! How can that be? I guess if the guy is selfish and only thinking of his needs! What happened to pleasing a woman and making her feel good about herself, making sure that she is satisfied! Sex with the one you love is about making each other feel satisfied.... I would make sure both are... and if not then they need to communicate on how that can be accomplished.

There are all sorts of reasons a man doesn't have an orgasm and many of them have nothing to do with the woman. So,.....no, If the do find it disrespectful, there's something wrong with them.

by "gets off" do you mean has an orgasm? if yes, then no, sometimes an man has an orgasm and the woman can't, she doesn't find this disrespectful, just a little annoying. men tend to not mind as much as a woman.

oh no dear that would be the best thing a man can do.....
i always want my woman to get fully satisfied before i can get off.
many men cant hold and get selfish and just gets off before woman...which is then a very bad sex practice.
i am sure all women want to get off before man..as she can hve same experience again and again whereas men is finished after one ,,needs some time before he can be ready again....and that can only happen in young years ..when old..oh man once is enough...

It really depends if he generally gets off with other women... if he can then... sorry you just don't do what it takes to get him off! the good news is you can ask him what he likes and try to do it (if its not to wacked in your opinion)
If he can't get off no matter what.. then he needs to see a doc and find out whats going on - it could be a medical condition.
But.. if this is just a casual guy.. then its all on him. he needs to decide what he wants to do.. if this is a "relationship" then you need to encourage him to get help if needed.
