One does not find burping, sneezing, coughing, etc hilarious but people find farting only hilarious. Its all about how you view it what kind of situation. For example no one finds farting hilarious if one's dad or mum or close relative does. It evokes laughter only when it comes from one's friend or a stranger. Farting and the resultant laughing would not be a problem if one really views the act as good manners.

I`m 59 and I still giggle if some one drops one....the worse the smell the more I giggle...if I do a real disgusting one I`m quite proud...gross or what.? lol

Farts can still be funny. I have been to many fine art museums and places of culture where older men and women just let loose without predjudice. It is HILARIOUS!

farts are hysterical!!! The best is when your driving in the winter windows up and the heat on. then the look for the passenger/driver is priceless!
