This is hard to answer. There is evdence of several different religons all around the world, and some of them seem to out at about the same time. The ancient mians, and also the incas are probably had the oldest religion. But also there could be sumerians.

I believe you would have to go back to Abraham. In those days, God (2Tim.1:9)called out people to his belief/religion. The oldest religion still "alive" today is Hinduism. Second is Judaism. Then Buddhism, then Christianity, then Islam. That covers the 5 major modern religions.

The oldest religions were fertility cults. Probably the earliest ones recorded were in Sumeria.
Zoroastrianism and Jainism are still 'alive' and predate Hinduism.
