She most likely is not pregnant if she had sex right after her cycle. You can only get pregnant during ovulation and that happens about 2 weeks after the cycle.

Pregnancy symptoms differ from woman to woman and pregnancy to pregnancy; however, one of the most significant pregnancy symptoms is a delayed or missed menstrual cycle. Understanding pregnancy symptoms is important because each symptom may be related to something other than pregnancy. Some women experience pregnancy symptoms within a week of conception. For other women, symptoms may develop over a few weeks or may not be present at all. Below is a listing of some of the most common pregnancy symptoms.
Implantation Bleeding:
Implantation bleeding can be one of the earliest pregnancy symptoms. About 6-12 days after conception, the embryo implants itself into the uterine wall. Some women will experience spotting as well as some cramping.
Other Explanations: Actual menstruation, altered menstruation, changes in birth control pill, infection, or abrasion from intercourse.
Delay/Difference in Menstruation:
A delayed or missed menstruation is the most common pregnancy symptom leading a woman to test for pregnancy. When you become pregnant, your next period should be missed. Many women can bleed while they are pregnant, but typically the bleeding will be shorter or lighter than a normal period. This symptom is commonly explained by other reasons. If you have been sexually active and have missed a period, it is recommended that you take a test:

Two times I got pregnant was the day after I finished my period.
One of my signs was that I had to pee a lot more than usual.
The only thing you can do is wait it out. Sperm can live in the uterus for up to a week.
They have a First Response test you can take 5 days before your missed period, or my preference is the EPT test. Take it the day after you miss your period.
If she is, she needs to see a Dr. right away!

If women have sex right after their cycle, it is close to impossible to get pregnant.
Sperms live for about 24 hours. I guess, if you really want to make sure that she isn't pregnant, buy one of those self kits from any pharma and check after 3 days minimum.
But most likely, she's not. You see, there isn't any egg in the uterus till a fortnight after your chums to get fertilated. :)

It depends on who she calls, the health clinic will say wait a week after your period is late, they do urine test, it is cheaper. Go to a doctor and they will do a blood test. when you are 1 or 2 days late if you want to pay for it. even they say to wait til you are 7 days late, by that time you are already 3 weeks pregnant.

She would have to wait until her cycle is missed then she could test to get a accurate result.
