For what ?
Email - I prefer yahoo and gmail. I like certain GUI features of Yahoo
Beta . Also its pretty competitive as compared to Google
That said , gmail is good but needs invite .
Messenger - Yahoo again , G Talk and MSN Messenger aint as popular
Search Engine - www.GOOGLE.com , if u didnt know that
Google is god! acording to nerds
Company - MSN prolly , Google is catching up , Yahoo is right up there

I am a fan of Google, but my boyfriend prefers MSN. I've had Yahoo! as my main mail account since 1997 but really only keep it because everyone knows it; Yahoo! wants you to pay for the normal features these days and I don't jive with that.
For searching, Google - hands-down.

E-mail - Yahoo (stay away from Yahoo Beta...it really sucks).
Gmail is cool too.
IM - Yahoo, because of the options available.
Search engines - Google or Ask.com
