Almost anywhere in the world other than South Korea. North Korea has lots of soldiers, but they lack the logistical infrastructure to support them -- or would, after a few days in which opposing air and sea forces would completely trash their transportation system.

There is no safe place except the arms of Jesus, we are going to die one way or the other and you need to be ready.
N Korea doesn't have the missles to reach the US but they would probably try for Japan. The bigger threat would be them uniting with Iran and Muslim terrorists and trying to smuggle nukes in secretly.. Containers or some other way..
Remember these people don't care and they think that if they cause enough caos and destruction that it will bring their messiah to the earth. Dirty bombs ect everything for them is good as they do not expect to survive and we do as your question states..

From what I've seen of their missiles, the East Coast and Midwest of the USA are safe for now.

N.Korea will never push for a war , its a great country with a great leader. Its a country for the people. Working people. Not for the business men and middlemen who steel from poor farmers or factory workers. Its not like Iraq. If US plan a war on N.K it will be the second vietnam for America.

I think they have about five missiles and you have 150 odd countries to choose from so most of us should be quite safe.
