four weeks after the first day of your last period. try the first responce test it can test five days sooner then that.

Wait until you're late for your period and take a test. Or you can go a week before your due and insist on blood work, the blood results will take about 48 hours.

Whats pergant? I'd like to know that too. If you can't spell pregnant you shouldn't be DOING IT.

You can test as early as one week before you have your period.. If you get a blood test done at the doctors office its instant. On the tests you take at home you are depending on your bodies level of the hormone you have in your body that allows these tests to tell you you are pregnant.. me with both of my boys i was 2 months pregnant before those tests would come up positive any of them..my friend took one two days after she missed her period and it came up positive.. if you don't like to wait..just get a blood drawn pregnancy test if you can.

wait untill you first day of your missed period but if its negative and it doesent start in another week take another test or go to the obgyn
