I work for a staffing agency and i am always on the hunt for good hard workiing people. I feel like i have run out of ideas for how and where to recruit for new people

i work for a staffing agency. i do not call people and recruit them that way, but by contacting job centers putting ads in the paper. i am not finding the great people that i need. any suggestions on how else or where else i can recruit for great people that are looing for work.

What kind of people do you look for? If you are talking about IT, you might consider going to user group meetings in your area and meeting with professionals there by mingling. Get your business card out. People might be happy where they are one day and then a reorg or new boss change could make them very unhappy the next.

i have recruiters call me all the time because the "found" my resume on Monster...i get really annoyed though because they never offer me anything of benefit and i already have a really good job...i know ya'll are on your hustle trying to make that paper just like everyone else and i respect that but people get annoyed so good luck there buddy.
