I'm thinking about getting plastic surgery; I am also in the market of getting a BMW. Which should I get first? There's nothing really wrong with my face, just a little crooked nose. It's hardly noticeable, it's just a confidence thing.
The plastic surgery cost a lot because I am taking time off work, school, and travel to different state, and hospitalization. It all adds up. Anyways, thank you for all of your inputs.

evaluate how much of a drama queen youre being...
if its just something that you dont like about yourself but isnt really that big of a deal...go for the beamer...getting laid all the time from that will boost your confidence so much you probably wont even get the work done...
if its like gross disfigurement...the first thing people always notice about you...makes you feel terrible all the time...REALLY needs to get fixed before you can move on with your life...spring for the surgery and some counseling...
having a beamer is no fun if you dont have anyone in the passenger seat...
we really need more info...whats wrong with you that you wanna fix?

You are 24 years old. What kind of plastic surgery and on what part of your youthful body? If your face needs rearranging so that you don't scare little children and dogs, get it done first. If clothes can or do cover the needed work area, get the BMW. With the BMW you will gain confidence and any number of new friends and that could lead to interesting new opportunities including $$$ kind. You then have time to do the underground reconstruction work you think you need.
If you are just vain, get the BMW.
If you are butt ugly, get the surgery

The BMW OFCOURSE!!!Ur looks will last u another 15yrs,but car prices escalates!!!
Anyhow,if U drive around a BMW at 24,do u think it'll be that important to go in for plastic surgery(unless it is for something important...)

Well, ditto on the question as to what you want to get done... but at any rate, unless you have some third arm coming out of your forehead, I would say get the BMW. Nothing gets my eye faster then a guy driving by in a hot little M3...mmmm.... M3..... *wiping up drool off of floor*
