It doesn't really supress hunger, but you'll be too busy supporting your habit to afford food.

Exercise
2 times daily atleast 5 times a week.
As exercise is very strong antidote, hence, associate this with a walk (Dose: Atleast half an hour in the morning)

I have been using Stack Body Tune Up since July 15, 2006 and have lost 33.5 pounds. This seems pretty effective to me.

Forget about pills, potions, and powders! Drink green tea, eat more veggies, less red meat, light exercise, and portion control, portion control, portion control!

Ephedria, if it is legal in your area, as it is in mine, but it is too expensive, lol. I also get the stuff they sell at the gas station for asthma, with ephedra in it, 60 pills for 5.99 cheap and it WORKS!

motivation and self determination is the bst drug
loosing weight is mostly mental of course you have to exercise
one you make your mind up to do it
you will do it with no problem
