Presently I am with a innovative and highly growing US MNC organisation. This is a FMCG organisation with turnover 6.5b$. I am heading IT/Systems department of their Indian subsidiary. I have very good reputation and position here and current drawing about Rs. 4.08 lacs. I always wanted to switch my carrer in SAP and always wanted to grow fast. I have also gone thru of SAP training also. I looking for advise from serious experts.

in my opinion, i think u should not do that if u already felt secured, happy, n have a high salary. since u r reputated n high position, i think u should be grateful n happy.
it is normal for humans being to chase for something which is better and better. but i think u should not look for trouble as switching ur career u might face a lot of problem like
1. the person which will work with u might not like u
2. the boss might mark u as an unimportant person

however it is ur choice after all. by the way i m not that serious expert which u want. i m just an ordinary guy. so i sincerely apologise if i do not know anything which i should know or make u angry. sorry. i just want to help.
