B-- Is not correct.

Again, This is NOT my work. I am helping a friend with her English work. Also she does not have the internet. She is from Germany and she’s having a hard time understanding English. With your comments it is helping her to understand English, and also how to use it later. Plus I don’t want to get the wrong answer in showing her. That’s why I am asking for some extra help. Is that a crime?

Example:
It's -- is the contraction of IT IS
Its -- is the possessive -- belonging to it

Eliminate B, as you have said it is incorrect.
A & C have the same grammatical value & it can't be both of them.
So, that leaves D, doesn't it?
I'd go with D

They are all correct to me?

A is correct if Betty's Mum is ordering the farmer.
B is correct if Betty's Mum is asking the question of the farmer.
C is correct if Betty's Mum is asking the farmer politely.
D is correct if The farmer wants Betty to clean out the pigs.

No grammatical knowledge except daily use.
