If you're both over the legal age of consent in whatever country you're living in, her parents legally cannot do that to her. But still, the religious community her family are in could give them a hard time if she decides to break away from them to be with you ... are you prepared for that?

Likewise, you need to ask yourself, can you really ostracize her from her family? They won't want to know her if she leaves them ... It is a very difficult situation, because if she needs her Mum (and if you and she start a family, she probably would need her Mum), she is not likely to have that help. By asking her to leave her family, you are taking away what is a woman's very important social foundation ... are you prepared to accept both the consequences and the guilt?

Dont let her stupid fanatical parents get in the way - presuming you are ov legal age (i.e 16 years and over) go for it.
Her Parents have absolutely no write to force any beliefs upon her at all - this country is all about freedom of choice - The Law is On Your Side.
Arrange to meet her via what means you have

I think that in order to get her parents on your side.. you should try going out with the family so they can see what type of guy you are.
