i like drinking (hard) liquor. it's straight to the point. you don't have to work yourself to a buzz, by drinking all that beer and wine (getting all full and bloated), when all you need is a couple shots here and there and bam - you're good to go.

As a result, I see liquor as less fattening opposed to beer and wine.

A low carb light beer is the best. Liquor and wine are loaded with sugar. If you drink liquor, drink something like vodka and soda. Tonic is loaded with sugar. Dark liquors contain more sugar than white liquors.

liquor would be the least fattening if it has a high alcohol content and little sugar. Try mixing jack and diet coke for a low cal. drink.

well it depends. I would start with wine. Bacardi has no carbs and no sugar. Vodka is low in calories as well. Beer is fattening!!
