What can a woman with a common face ( that is not either attractive nor repulsive to look at), and does not have beautiful hair either, what can she do in order to improve her chances of being noticed by guys? Any special kinds of behavior, etc?
I guess that even when a woman is fit, tall and slender and has a general healthy appearence, it is hard when you dont have a very beautiful face or hair?

Well, people with "uncommon" feet paint their toe nails to distract from their shape. Go get a different hair style and maybe highlights. Go get a makeover at a dept. store to help you with makeup tips. Dress saavy at least 3 days a week. I think smiling people with great confidence level and posture with a bounce in their step is very attractive when I see them. I'm sure you have seen guys that weren't that attractive in their face but something was very irresistable about them. It's the same for women. It's not always about your physical features. I can tell you look down on yourself just with your written words. I am positive your body language reflects even worse. Hold your chin up, shoulders back, and put an affirmation on your refigerator....."I'm kind, I'm smart, and I'm beautiful" once your believe it yourself, then others will too by your body language. Now, go knock em dead!

This woman has to obtain confidence that she is a wonderful person. That will make her more beautiful than any runway model in the world. Physical beauty can fade and even beautiful people are phony and horrible human beings, but inner beauty lasts forever. I would focus on being a good person, fun to be with, kind and the men will be lining up around the block.

Well in the first few minutes of attraction, guys are not looking at your face or so often your hair. So emphasize what you got.
Secondly look accessible but not desperate. stand with open confident posture, don't slump or cross your arms and if you are in a crowd of women, stand on the end of the group where you will be approachable. Sit by yourself in a conspicuous spot where someone can easily join you and they will. Ask about directions or pretend to need help with something to open the conversation.

Get a wig to cover that bad hair up... Buy some really nice clothes to take the guys vision away from your clothes and put on a load full of charm.. And you'll have the best guys

In order to attract more men, be a little flirty. You don't have to be a slut or anything but you should smile more, and have a bit of sexuality beeming from you. That's all it takes. You'll have guys lining up for you.

1) how you dress in general.
2) what you say to guys vs girls
3) What your interest and hobbies are.

you're just like me in this respect. except that i am a guy. but anyways be confident. once a while get your hair conditioned. you can wear somethink to look sleek & moreover read books to groom your personality.(espacially romantic novels). a slight make up will also help.

Make-up can do wonders. Try going to Saks or Nordstroms and have a make-up artist work on you. Also, wear nice clothes and good perfume.
