If it is bright red blood then it is more than likely Piles - buy some cream from the pharmacist. They are internal or external veins that bunch around your anus, very uncomfortable can be itchy too. Easily treatable. If your poo is black - see a Doctor IMMEDIATELY as this could be a serious sign of something else going on in your gut. Check it out!
