cats usually are full sized by age 1, but then they will start to gain more weight and fill into their frame. It also depends on when you get them spayed or neutered. When that happens, they tend to become a little les active and usually gain a little bit of weight as a result. I have three cats now and have had them my whole life, this is just what I know.

around 2 yrs previous for many cats. Smaller breeds like a Rex or Siamese would be exceptionally lots completed growing to be at approximately 12-14 months. great breeds like a Maine Coon or Ragdoll can take in to 4-5 yrs to be completely enhanced. i wish your kitten is spayed - if not, get her spayed by using end of the year.

Usually around a year or so old, depending on the breed or parents. Some take up to 3-4 years (such as our Ragdolls).

The first six months have the most accelerated growth.

For most cats it is around 12-18 months. Some particular breeds may continue to grow some for up to four-five years (Norwegian Forest cat).

I have always heard they are as tall as they will get at 9 months. They continue to fill out for the next year or so.
Incedentally at 5-6 months, they are capable of getting pregnant (if they're female)

About a year or when they start trying to breed. That's what my VET says. As for mature behavior your baby will ALWAYS act like a kitten.
