I don't know that anyone has accomplished creating a nuke the can irradicate 3000 miles of earth! Maybe Cali will be taken out and Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Oregon and Idaho will be effected by radiation, but I don't think it would reach Colorado, let alone NY. Interesting q though.

The largest nukes will take out about 30 square miles with radiation effects travelling much further depending on weather conditions. NYC is safe from any problems related to blast or radiation if Cali gets hit.

The nuke that they have could be destroyed mid air if it were to strike California. It could also destroy a multiple number of cities and towns if it did work in their favor. In New York people would be safe. I don't the that dictator would decide to make a nuke so big it damaged both New York and California at the same time. And it depends on how big their nuclear bomb really is, or if they have one.

They wouldn't be effected by the blast radius, if that is your question. It is limited to tens, maybe a hundred miles at most. Certainly not thousands. So the nuclear blast itself wouldn't come anywhere close to New York.

Secondary effects such as radiation in the atmosphere and the destruction of America's primary agricultural regions could have long-term effects on everyone in the country however.

I see you removed your other question about being scared...

I'll tell you here what I was going to tell you there.

You should be scared. I hope you are damn near petrified.

You have spent so much time and energy trying to discredit our Administration that you haven't paid attention to one word they have been saying for the past year.

President Bush is not the enemy. Wake-up Sticky. The enemies wants to kill you and destroy your country regardless if you hate Bush or not. All you are to the enemies of the United States is a pawn just like in a game of chess. You are a pawn and you are helping them by contributing to the unrest inside your own country. Even Democratic leaders are wising up and falling in line to support our leader.

I don't give a hoot if you don't like your President. You need to put your personal feelings aside to support your President and your Country right now. There has never been a time in your life that this has been more important and I pray that there is never one again.

Get angry at me for what I say. Throw a tantrum and call President Bush every name you can but a white boy. The fact is the man is doing EXACTLY what needs to be done to bring us all through this alive and our country intact, no thanks to you.

Yes, New York is too far away to be badly affected. However, the surrounding areas of California would get fall-out. Anyway why would anyone nuke California? New York or Washington would be far better targets for any enemy.

And me residing in Kansas, if I did get married in California the marriage does no longer additionally be considered as criminal in Kansas so I do exactly no longer see the ingredient.
