What hotel/motel is near Logan for an overnight before a flight?

i need a hotel or motel in Jan. before flying out of Logan the next day---reasonably priced.

If you have a car with you you can get a number of decent ones a few miles away along Rt 93 (Amerisuites etc). If you want to be near the airport (along the road that goes directly there) either because you won't have a car or because you are nervous about traffic jams) there is a holiday inn and a ramada just up the road (Rt 1A) from the airport. If you want to stay on the airport itself there is a hyatt on the grounds.

One thing to keep in mind is that you need to book early. When they start to fill up they immediately start raising the prices. I was working with a guy who had flown in to install some equipment at the airport. He stayed at the holiday inn one night for $150. When it turned out that he needed to stay another night they told him his room would be $400 for the next night. They said his first night was reserved far in advance but now they were getting crowded so their policy is to raise the room rates.
