Just to put my 2 cents in, Since you already have almost 60 comments, Ill just say that I think they are VERY Sexy on men and women. I love them, Its a symbol of getting pain for pleasure, and thats HOTT. I have 2 and plan on getting a third this month, dont know what yet, But I have a Celtic Cross on my back because Im irish, and a butterfly sitting on a flower on my stomach by my belly button... always get one where you can cover it up, because many employers dont like people who have visible tats. My next one will be inner or outer thigh. My husband has 4 and is getting 1 more for his bday at the end of this month. HE is irish as well and has an irish Knot on his back, a four leaf clover on his arm, a celtic symbol on his other arm, and on his ankle in japanese it says imagination. I think tattoos are fun and resemble your youth, so when you are old, yea they might wrinkle or fade a little, but you can look back and remember that YOU lived once, and have proof of it. Good luck

Depends on what the tattoo is and what its of. Some tattoos can look really horrible or tacky where others can look really cool. x

Tatoos... not cool. Why in the world would you do that to yourself? Honestly.
And think about this. When you get older, like a really old person (if you live that long) how do you think you will look with a tatoo.
Don't bother with one. They aren't attractive, they're not cool. No matter what society says.

i say they can be cool! My man has 8 and i have 2! his are bigger than mine! I like my tattoos and i don't regret them at all! they have special meaning to me! They can be cool to the person who wears them! Think about what you get before you get it because it is FOREVER!!!!! I'll be getting a couple more for myself!

To me it's not about being cool or not cool. Everything I have reminds me of the point in my life I was at when I got them done. There are memories to go with each one and meaning behind them.

I dont know if its really an issue of being cool, but I love them. Its a great way to express yourself and your interest. Its almost like it tells a story about your life. For instance I have one of a bull on my rm. When people ask me "Why a bull?" I say its because it was an important part of my life when I use to bull ride. I am thinking about getting a religious one soon. My wife wants me to get barbwire but I dont know, I think that is a little over done.

I think they are cool. But it doesn't matter if everyone else thinks they are cool. If you are getting a tattoo, or thinking about it, then it only matters if YOU think they are cool or not.
