name your pup on it's personality, something cute it does, or something that it reminds you of.
Usually it take a weeks or two for this to bloom, but it's worth the wait, and you'll never be sorry.

Oh my was this ever a problem when I got my puppy...every name i liked my b/f didn't like and vise versa. FINALLY we came up with the name Penny (which we decided just before we got her) and funny enough it suits her perfectly.
This website really helps though because you can pick a name based on a catagory you like...for example where the name originated.

Look at him/her and its personality and name the puppy according to those qualities.
Example: My dog is a Newfoundland. He was a fun pup, with dark coloring and a big head. I wanted a name that reflected him.
His name? "Guinness" (He's dark with a big head, and fun to have). Simple....(or is that, Brilliant!?)
