I can't wear fitted cloth because of this and i don't know what to do about this. I have thought of doing a surgery to correct this. The other side is normal while this side is looks a bit swollen. What will I do or buy to correct this.

Go see an orthopedic doctor to find out what is causing this. It maybe correctable but it could be an underlying health problem you should know about. But only a doctor could tell you this.

I dont know what to tell you but i have that same thing but it is with my legs one is bigger than the other
