I JUST DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY MAKE FUN. HE IS A LITTLE BIT MORE FEMININE BUT HE IS ALL BOY AND I FIND SOME OF HIS OBSSESIVE BEHAVIORS TO BE QUITE INTRIGUING

Kids can be cruel. Nothing new there. I was made fun of mercilessly until highschool, when it finally tapered off quite a bit.
How do you know the teachers poke fun at him? If they do, they should get FIRED! But if you are hearing this from your son, take it with a grain of salt. He may be 100% honest, but 100% misinterpretting the situation.
One of the characteristics of autism is having great difficulty interpreting others emotions & social situations. He likely has difficulty telling the difference between a smirk & a smile. It is also hard to tell when a person is laughing "at" you or "with" you.
Either way, the teachers need to be talked to. If their attempts to be pleasent are being misinterpretted as sarcasm & ridicule, they need to know.

Kids will poke fun at anyone,but teachers? Have you tried having a meeting with the head of the school? The teachers are there to do their jobs,not poke fun. my 11 yr old nephew has slight autism and Tourettes Syndrome, as well as walking difficulties. Most of his teachers are ok,apart from one. Whenever he says something nasty,my nephew's mother is straight on the phone to arrange a meeting and also notifies the education board. She gets things done where her kid is concerned. You have to make more noise. If you don't look after your son,who will?

Dont take this wrong but your mommy so of course you are able to accept him inside and out and not judge him...we live in America the world is cruel...just continue daily to tell him how much you love him and how much he means to you, he will respect you when he grows older best wishes

If teachers really are making fun of him (I can't believe that) but if you have proof, then you need to report them to the principal and the school district.
Kids on the other hand, they will tease everyone.
