I had a job interview today in a city 1 and a half hour train ride away, and after that I was going to meet my bf.
However I desided not to go for this interview, since I thought it's not interesting enough...
My bf sounded he wanted to see me very much and hoping me to come just to have a dinner with him, though it's raining and gloomy out here in UK, and I have to pay around 17 pounds (around 32 USD) just for this dinner trip...
Should I still make an effort to go, or should I say not today, and leave it to the end of the week to make him wait...?
I know it's stupid question, but an idea would help!

You should go see him, especially since the weather is the way it is now. You might be the ray of sun that he need to brighten his day or evening... go see him...I bet it will be special...do not make him wait until the end of the week...D

i think you should make the smart choice. IF you have a job and you work that day dont go. You might have the money but if you loose your job you will have like 2 weeks to get a new one and have a bad debt because of it. If you dont work and you have the money to spare then yes go. Have a good time. Just dont risk your job over one time there will be other times you can go and see him.

Are you really saying that you don't want to be with your boyfriend or that you can't afford the train fare?
If it's the former, then you'll have to come clean with him and make a clean break by being honest. If it's the latter then justify the expense by staying overnight so you can be with your boyfriend for some naughty fun. I'm sure he'll want to have sex with you!

Wow; you are so active you must be worn-out! Must be a busy schedule you're on, making dates and appointments all the time then never showing up! Best stay in bed ... forever!

Well one idea is , ask him to refund you the train fare, as you are a bit short of cash , if you don't want to do that ask him to come to you for dinner then he will have to pay for the train fare, if he cant make it today ask him when it is convenient for him, don't make him wait , pity ask him now.. give him a phone call and explain you a bit short of cash at the mo , if he loves you he will understand. lv Debbie j x

Is it worth 17 pounds to see him? If so then go. If you both had planned it, then go! Especially if you love him and miss him... maybe ask him to pay half????

hang on a second.. what has the jobinterview to do with it that your bf wants to see you and dine and wine you?
hm i think you dont want to see him for some reasons and not just for the travelmoney there is more behind it ...
