This question is not possible to answer but we can make some educated guesses using an average hole.
The average par around a full length course is 72. This is equivalent to 18 par 4 holes. Let's say on average these holes are 400 yrds long and rectangular with a fairway and green width of 50 yrds. This means that each hole is:
400 x 50 = 20000 sq. yrds in area
The course as a whole will therefore be 360000 sq. yrds in area excluding non-playing areas in between holes.
360000 yrds is 3.24 million sq. ft or 298116 sq. meters
Equivalent to 30 hectares or 50 Old Trafford Pitches.
Remember the course in its entirety will be almost twice the size if not more due to out-of-bounds areas, pathways, buffer zones, rough areas, etc.

Average size for an 18 hole course is 165 acres. You need 140-180 acres for a championship level 18 hole course. The second link below has land requirements for all types of courses.

Depends on the golf course. I live near Wentworth which is pretty big, but another golf course I visit has a smaller area in between holes. I dont believe there is an average.

usually a 9 hole course is a par 36. most people would shoot in the low 40's to high 50's. the record 4 9 holes in a major is 28 thought.
