I don't know what foget means.
Forget means to no longer remember him. If he was that bad that you can forget him, then you should.

There is a saying l heard recently l thought was quite good. Nowdays a couple who meet are more likely to swap body fluids before phone numbers! The one night stand is alive and well, a couple of my friends are living it.
