Why do TRADOC nco's ask soldiers who don't perform to their standards: "Well, have you been to PLDC?" The magical two-week course that teaches everything you need to know about the army, and all the gayness it can come up with. Oh wait, excuse me it's now called the "warrior leader course."

For "older" soldiers, PLDC was real training. It lasted longer than 2 weeks. It did teach you to be an NCO and to do the job right. I don't know what they teach them now. It's far to easy for them to get rank now. Most of them are too young to care or really understand their duties. I'm sure this pisses off alot of the "old timers". With good reason. NCO's are held accountable for alot. NCO's are supposed to train the younger enlisted.
