a friend of mine went an asked my crush for his number for me (he is single) and he gave it to her and told her to tel me to call him tonight. he then saw my freind give me his number and so he knows what i look like( we always made eye contact and smile but never say any thing).
now what i what i whant to know is what should i say to him to over the phone. i dont whant to sound desprate of forward or any thing like that.

sweety, if he calls u> just spk with him and make it a point not to sound seducing or desperate over the phone... if at all u r not interested,just spk with him> say for some 5 or 10 minutes and tell him that u r feeling sleepy and u r gonna retire for the day...i think this gesture of urs wud make him realise that u r not too keen to spk with him and also make it a point not to spk abt love or relationship as this may crop in some wierd thoughts in his mind which i think u don't want to happen..

Since he asked your friend to have you call him then just call him and say hi and be yourself, just chat, it doesn't have to be deep and meaningful. nothing romantic, your trying to know each other so talk about whatever comes to mind and stop worrying, the words will come to you.

Just be yourself. You will be nervous so what the hell tell him your nervous and take it from there. Ask him anything you want to know. He will be asking you questions as well. See what happens

speak casually,
for teh opening.... tell him THAT YOU HAVE SEEN HIM AROUND AND WHAT APPEALS TO YOU ABOUT HIM....
you can appreciate what you like about him.... mind you appreciate but do not flatter....
express yoour desire to be in touch to know him better (so that you can continue the dialogue.... ).
carefully listen to what he has to say..... and respond as normally as you can..... just as you were talking to another feriend of yours.....
