To me, it's the guys personality.. im not going to lie, looks do make me like or edge away from people.. but i like the guy to have 'extra padding'... theres nothing to cuddle otherwise is there!!! lol.. I don't mind.. as long as they treat you nice, and are generally a nice guy :D XX

I would go for the overweight guy every time. Nothing wrong with size - and besides, it's what is inside that counts, with me. Why would I settle for not mr. perfect - what happens when he quits working out & the perfect abs & body get flabby?! Please, these tuff buff young dudes sportin six packs will hit 30, start drinking the six packs & riding a recliner - then what?! You're stuck with someone you really hate! Go for mr Perfect & overlook the plump or overweight. Big guys make me feel safe & protected.

My Mr Perfect is about 60lbs overweight and I have never seen him with perfect abs. I love him anyway and have been with him for over 4 years. Size doesn't matter. It's the heart that really counts.

Peace

If he's Mr Perfect, then his size doesn't mater to you because you found the pefect guy for you. Don't be too superficial.....if you picked a guy that had a perfect body but beat you it would be easy to say no. So I say atleast you have someone to treat you right and if his weight bothers you maybe you can have him go on dates that involve physical activities, just doing then he'll loose weight.

I was in a three year relationship with an overweight guy. Even though i wasn't attracted to him he treated me like a goddess and i didn't realize it til he up and left me after realizing i didn't love him. Now i am with a very good looking guy who treats me like crap. What i wouldn't give to be back with the overweight guy because his personailty was more wonderious then good looks could ever amount to.

Initial attraction helps but you can love anyone no matter their appearance once you get to know them! And anyway sometime a pot belly is better to hug than hard rock abs!

Weight isn't a factor when it comes to liking someone. Atleast not in my book. If for her, weight is a factor, you shouldn't waste time hoping she'd want you anyway. If you are perfect, wait for the perfect girl. She'll admire you for what you are, not what you weigh.

It's a false proposition. "Mr. Perfect" is "Mr. Perfect." Why the heck would you think someone was "Mr. Perfect" if you didn't like fat guys??

Rephrase and reask your question.

I am chunky but funky, My man is solid as concrete with a little belly. I don't care how big he get just as long as he keeps treating me like he does, and we will be OK.

blah... girls can say what they want, but i've gained weight and believe me, girls don't want an overweight guy no matter what they say!!!

think about it, all girls do is diet diet diet. all they care about is weight, so don't you think that extends to who they like? of course it does

they might like your personality, but they'll try to find someone hotter anyway
