Put the boxes in the house and $hit in them yourself. Make sure to use the cheap kitty litter so it will stink the place up too. Sounds like a plan.

Get a cat... though a dog lover, I must admit that cats can be very good companions. They need very little in the way of care and have very much to offer. Go one even better - give a home to a cat from the local shelter.
From the owner of a large Doberman and two cats.

You are nasty...*hit in the litter box yourself and like an answer before me...defintely use the cheap cat litter so your'e place will smell...you dirty old man...don't get a cat...they are too good for someone as yourselves. you nasty *ss...It's people like you who make this world a crappy place to be. I'd say, get a puppy..they will *hit all over your house in the nice clean carpet(you would love that) but again, the puppy is way better than you could ever manage to be!

NO.
Cats are a real problem with all their fur balls,
claws, litter boxes, and cat hair everywhere.
If you seriously want a companion in your
senior years I strongly urge you to look into
the possibility of a "female" Toy Poodle,
Apricot, or White in color. The intelligence level
of these dogs is simply astounding. They are
easy to house break as soon as they reach
the age of about 6 - 9 months.
They are small enough to work well as lap sitters.
They are affectionate enough to satisfy almost
any person. They absorb and aclimate to situations
very well - blend into your life style.

If you are old and alone surely you could use your own and don't need the cats! After all you do seem to be full of the stuff.

Well, Colin, many owners euthanize their cats or turn them over to a local shelter because they have bad elimination habits. Sounds like you just need to take a trip to a rescue or shelter and your all set.

Just go into your yard and scoop up the dog poop and put it in boxes in your house, and spare the cats. They don't want you, anyway.
