u do not stand alone that will observe sickness and other negative issues. adopt new life make your life color full get into PC, there are lots of sites you will get education and how to deal with ur partner or counseling, if never going to change, get out from this mess, find another best friend or ur personnel Classmate who cares about u.
No u don't have to Cooke day after day. ur in 21st century not in stone age.

Tell him how you feel! If he's not paying you enough attention, then tell him so. Men aren't mind readers and sometimes need to be taught how to treat you. Also, don't depend on him for your happiness. Find something that you enjoy doing, a hobby, anything, even if it's treating yourself to a manicure every couple weeks. If you've tried talking to him and he still doesn't get it, then you have to decide if he is what you really want. Good luck!

This was like me after 21 years of marriage. I got out in 2002 and in 2003 married a wonderful man. I suggest if you can't sort this out you consider the same.

I understand what you are going threw. I was married to someone like that but, my ex was a very abusive to me. See there is nothing anyone can tell you that you all ready know and feel in you heart. Sometimes fear has us stuck and left there until that light goes on, that tell us that we are more more then flesh and bones, we fell pain just like they do, we cry like they do. And we should be treated with respect , love. Love is an action word. Good luck .
