This question does not make any sense. If you are dealing with only yourself and no one else either you have the disease or you don't. And you do not contract Aids you contract HIV. If you were licking someone else that would be a different story. There is no proof yet that you can get HIV through other fluids other than blood. You can get it through sex yes, but they virus needs to get into the blood stream, needs to come in contact with a cut or a tear or something along those lines. It's much easier for a girl to contract it this way than for a man to. If you were to get someone elses fluids in your mouth and you had a cut in your mouth it is very likely that you could contract the disease. You should rethink your question it's a little crazy.

A**hole! If you are asking about licking your own fluids and worrying about getting aids, doesn't that mean you already have the disease, fool? If you don't have it why would you think that it would be present in your semen? Goodness gracious, grow the h*** up. Aids isn't a joke.
