Hi ! the original express no longer runs. Its company let it to rot in the city Thessaloniki in Greece (which was a on its route) because it was no longer profitable.
It was in an exposition, while I was there, 2 years ago.
I will check for a site about it and let you know later. All the other trains with the name Orient Express have nothing to do with the original one.

I am not sure if it runs to Constantinople, but it does still run. (Although it didn't for many years) Here is the official webiste that has all the timetables for the trains:

it took me 30 hours to get from Bratislava to Bucharest, so expect a long trip! like 3 days.
