The problem is I have had menstrual cramping for the last two days-it's been so bad I have had to take Tylenol for the pain, I feel just like Im on my period-but no bleeding. I recently starting taking Metformin and Spironolactone for PCOS-can anyone please help with this-it is driving me crazy---THANKS!!

PCOS can cause long irregular breaks between periods so I would try not to worry too much. I suffer from it and haven't had a period in 8 months!

I dont know what those meds are. BUt i know when i was pregnant and didnt know it I had period cramps so bad that I took medication and wore a pad... for about a week and a half. THEN i realized I was pregnant.

If you cant be pregnant then perhaps its the medications screwing with your cycle.
