am planning to set up a computer sales unit , most of my prospect are ready to purchase the system if offered with a loan , now pls tell me whom should i approach.

There are financial institutions such as Household, American General, Citi Finance, GE who offer lines of credit to business customers such as yours. There is an application process required for you and your business and some stipulations may apply such as minimum time in business and having a store front. These programs also offer things such as 12 months deferred or 3 months no interest which is a major draw to customers if you advertised. Ask a local furniture store how is acquires financing for it's customers; your store would work in the same way.

Let me make sure I understand your question. You are going to be selling computer systems and offering financing through whomever?. I would talk to the local banks in your area ~ make a list of incentives for them: New customers, interest income, free advertising with your business...etc. Maybe even try some credit unions around your area. lending money to purchase computer comes under personal loan which is offered by both private and public banks and also by co-operative banks.Of latest ,loan is being sanctioned by the Tamilnadu Govt. for officers to purchase computer and laptops.But you are not a buyer.You are a producer and only your customers are eligible for obtaining loans to purchase computer.Intitially you may approach HDFC Bank,ICICIBank,State Bank Of India and other banks for solution.Best of luck.
