Actually, 1,500 is a pretty generous diet. I hope you're getting plenty of exercise to burn up that much, turn it to muscle.

I have not tried the green tea pills, but I firmly believe you are better off with a natural remedy than with an over-the-counter drug store sort of pill, and I'm absolutely certain you are better off with a natural remedy than with a prescription pill.

I took prescription pills to lose weight when I was young, and ended up addicted to amphetamines, had to go to a hospital to get over it. It's not worth it, because once you get over the drug, you will gain weight right back.

In fact, now that I'm living alone and can control my diet myself, perhaps I will get some green tea myself.

I have found I am less hungry after I work out. I still have a piece of protien (chicken or tuna), but usually about 150 calories will fill me up after an intense workout. Exercise might help supress your appetite.

Try "Spyrulina" (an algae). It has all the vitamins, amino-acids and minerals you need. It takes away the hunger sensation as it swells in your stomach when you drink water.

I used Leptopril. It worked pretty good. You can get them over the counter at Wal Mart. Just don't abuse them.

Hoodia. It is an appetite suppressant. GNC carries it under various names, just ask and they will direct you to it.
