neither advertised chappal etc nor the drink you mentioned is going to add any millimeter in anybody height . increase in height is a hormonal response to growth & in many circumstances this is Genetically determined . exercise with Two parallel bars , in a park , can help a little bit .

If you're of normal height, then why do your parents say it's not good enough? They probably have unrealistic expectations, based on their own sense of failure. Below is a link to an article on all the factors influencing height.
Many parents want for their kids what they never had (height, good grades, financial success, a spot in the NBA and so on)...but this is actually damaging for a young person. Kids need to feel that their parent accepts them for who they are, not for some "dream" of what they "should be"!
Nobody knows what potential lies within each person, nor what that person will ultimately be happy doing with his or her life! Your parents need to BACK OFF, or at least talk to them, telling them what you said here, esp. if you're normal!
Keep eating healthy foods, get regular exercise and fresh air and diversify your interests and hobbies (and do the best you can to get good grades!). If your parents have a problem with you doing THAT, then they're the ones who need help, NOT you!!!

I am sure your parents did NOT tell you that you aren't tall enough. That's balony.
You have about 6 more years that you can grown. You can't get to the hight you are destined to be any faster. And there is nothing that is going to make you any taller--no drugs, exercises, vitamins, devices. Nothing.
You just have to be patient and wait.
