What do you think is soon enough/too soon to give a guy (or girl) your number? Just curious.

When asked is about the right time, assuming you actualy want to talk to this person.
If a person asks if you'd like to get together in RL (real life), that would probably be the best time to give them your number to coordinate the meeting.
If you're gunshy about giving out your number and you want to be on the safe side...buy a pay as you go cell phone. That way if you get a funky vibe you can always get rid of the phone.

NO if they want they can give u there number and call it from and pay phone where they want get your till u know then alot better
