how much is the difference between Virginia BAH and Pennsylvania BAH. I would like the amount please.

You can go to the Department of Defense web site to figure that out. you should have the zip code of the two areas you are requesting. One way I get there is I go to the fort hood website then click the housing links till I see BAH rates. then it redirects me to the DoD website. good luck!

For me (O-4) the difference between Philadelphia and Fort Lee is just over $1000.
