Coconut, cheaply and very widely availble is the best for gaining more weight without gaining fat which is bad to your health.

Stop eating Junk food, but eat more pulses, overnight soaked beans would help u gain more protien.

Banana rich in Iron, helps in increasing your weight.

To be more skinny, eat lots of sweets, milk products, etc...

It's much better to put on muscle than fat. It's healthier and sexier. Get to the gym and lifte heavy weights. Drink lots of those protein drinks and lots of water. If you're a woman, don't worry about "getting too big". Women don't have enough testosterone to get really huge. Those huge women pro bodybuilders are all on steroids.

yes sangeetha , if u are looking for a thin person..i am it..well now i improved and i am normal..well to get fat u should eat loads of butter, cheese, paneer is delicious and don't eat fast food it leads to obesity..if u want to put on bone weight then health drinks and vegetables are the best...hope u get normal like me..

here's what i did when i was underweight , i started eating three eggs and 2 strips of bacon for breakfast glass of juice and apple tuna sandwich for lunch and 7 oz of meat and a veggie and 2 slices of bread at dinner. and 2 snacks through out the day. plus
exercised

Eat a lot of food that contains carbohydrates and enjoy fatty food etc. You may grow fatter, but the risk of high cholestrol, hypertension, etc are also higher.

Think twice if you are not under-weight.

eat n eat..... eat fatty food also make sure u dont eat only in intervals thats a 4 meal course..... eat every few minutes.... but make sure u stop doing at rite time.... as over weight is worse prob to deal with.... when i was young i n my sis had same prob... she even had seen some doc who gave her medication to get more hungry n eat more food like patoto rice n stuff.... but now we r over 30yr.... n with age u happen to put on wgt to so keep all this in ur mind.... good luck

aside from the regular meals eat plenty of chocolate, pizza, desserts and junk food. dont forget to drink litres of softdrinks. sleep for more than 8 hours everynight. as much as possible, do not move.
