Try usps.com, that is if you know part of the address, or maybe mapquest....

If you are looking to market in a specific area. I would actually suggest to go to Post Office and ask them about Rural Routes. If you already have Bulk Mail permit ($150/year), you can save significant amount of money by mailing in bulk to Rural Routes. Just make sure bring the map of the area with you to the Post Office of that area and they will circle the routes you are interested in.

Check out their prices as well... 12 or 15 cents per piece is not bad...There is a catch, you have to mail 200 pieces per mailing... but if you are serious about marketing that could be a good help. Don't forget that you have to mail on the regular basis 2-3 a month for at least 6 m onths before you see any results... So plan your budget accordingly!

White pages on the Internet. Also, call the operator and get the number for a phone company in Massachusetts, then order a phone book from them. Hope you're not one of those send me a dollar to be put on my mailing list and make copies and mail them and expect to get $800,000 in the mail in a couple months scammer-people. I hope you're not or I've just done the world a great disservice!!!

Post office is the best source. Go there and look at their zipcode book. All post offices have them. Try googling.
