Thanks guys,,, most of you have been great and have answered dedicatly. some of us like me are in africa and those words arent used here. so when i find it on yahoo answers, i get a chance of knowing.

It's when a person's abs are toned and defined to the point where you can clearly see them. They are generally in a vertical row of 3 or 4 muscles on either side of the belly button. Some people have 6 packs and some people have 8 packs, depends on a person's build. People with smaller builds usually have a 6 pack, such as myself. Others who have very big builds usually have an 8 pack.
Or if that's not what you're looking for there's always a 6 pack of beer? lol I don't think that's what you're asking for though

When someone is describing their physical appearance and says they have a "six pack", it means that their abdomen is very muscled and defined and shows the six definite muscles (three on each side).
If you click on "Images" in your Yahoo search bar and type in "six pack", you'll get an illustration.

In the US they call the beer packs a SIX PACK. As there is six bottles in a cardboard carrier. Usually that is the smallest amount you can buy beer here.

they dont sell sophisticated bottled beers alone, always in packages in 6.
damn, never an american beer is enough unless u drink more than 3, so tasteless--except corona/lemon and becks :)
6 packs also refers to abdominal muscles in appearance wise!
