The problem is that when she was young, my aunt put her up for adoption. Now my cousin wants to meet her but my aunt isn't so sure. If my aunt doesn't want to meet her, is there any way that I could. (My aunt doesn't know that i know this).

sure.. go and meet ur cousin.. there much more to lose if u will not.

Of course you can try to meet her but keep in mind that there probaly wont be a cousin relationship.People just dont become a loving family in one day.She might even not want to meet you and if she does meet you she might decide that she`s better off with the family who raised her and never want to see you again.Or she can take up to you and you both can become loving cousin(best friends).Good luck and be prepared for the worst and grateful if it works.
