My two year old climbs right out of the ones the restaurant gives you, so I am looking to buy one I can use instead.

I have a safety 1st one that is great. It has a safety belt, and it has straps that go around the back and underneath the chair that snap together. It can also be made about 5 inches taller if necessary. It comes with its own tray but if you don't want to use it you don't have to. There is a little wheel that rolls all the straps up inside the seat when not in use, and it all folds together to look like and carry like a briefcase. I got it at Target for about $25

i swear by the fisher-price healthy care booster seat....it has three adjustable tray positionings to grow with child as belly gets bigger. it has a buckle system similar to a stroller, and has long straps secruing it to any chair. also the back is removable so it can be strictly a booster. it has dishwasher safe trays for easy cleaning, and the straps wind up for easy securing. it also has a handle for easy carrying, and also has avail a long strap to carry as a purse if you like, and is very lightweight.
they have an update version now with a toy that snaps on the tray for entertaining.

hope this helps, i recommend it everyone and so far everyone else loves theirs too!
