Use Sprunch Spray by Aussie in the large purple can. My hair is long, but not thick either and I love it. I flip my head over and spray and sprunch. Works great. For more volume and curls use the sprunch spray with a diffuser attachment on a blow dryer while your head is flipped over

Have you got layers in your hair?
If so all you need to do is after you wash your hair and it's still wet just put some mousse and maybe some gel depends what look you're after and scrunch away

Yea sure you can...just get some moose and let your hair towel try and apply mosse top to bottom..(lightly not heavy or else it'll weigh your hair down) then scrunch.

Ya, I think so. get one of those diffusers that attach to a hairdryer and use good quality gel.
