2 Corinthians 12. "Third" heaven.
Genesis 1, talks about the "waters above the firmament".
And the firmament was called" heaven".
Which shows there are realities ABOVE heaven!
Paul spoke of the ascension, (spiritual evolvement), up the dimensions when he said, "We are changed into the same image from Glory to Glory!"

Not that I can remember. Throughout the Scripture runs a high degree of egalitarianism. We are all equal in the eyes of God. God loves us all equally. Not some more than others. So what would be the purpose of "levels"? We are taught there's a heirarchy of angels. Maybe so. The various forms of Catholicism may teach a heavenly class structure, a sort of Good, Better, Best. Islam has that as well, along with lots of sex in the next life. Mormons have it all figured out as far as post-morturarial social status goes. A celestial Masonic Lodge. I wouldn't be surprised if at this very moment Anglican theologians weren't working on a special level of heaven reserved just for gays. Complete with lots of Interstate rest stops. Episcopalians are being heavily consulted, of course. But classic, old time Protestantism teaches complete equality before God.

Nope, at least not insofar as "good people go here, better people go here". I believe there are some pretty darn old Jewish writings that refer to different parts of heaven, though. Anyone feel free to correct me if wrong on that count.

Absolutely.

1 Cor. 15: 40-41
40 There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another.
41 There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one star differeth from another star in glory.

well yes, there is heaven as the clouds in the air,
heavens as referring to space and the stars,
heaven as to the place made by God where angels and other spirit creatures live.

Jesus says in the Bible, "In My House there are many mansions", which sometimes people believe refer to different levels.
