Ingredients
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup green onion, minced
1/4 cup green chiles, minced
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
In small bowl, combine sour cream, salt, onion, chilis, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Fill a large bowl with regular milk, and one small container so heavy cream... stir well, don't use anything but whole milk...... In that bowl add one small shot glass of white viniger. stir, cover and let set for at least a day. When it's hard, stir, and store. You might want to add a tiny bit of sugar before you store it, depencing on how sweet you like your sour cream
