yolk. u might use egg white instead of styling product, but for conditioning yolk is more suitable - it has viamin e which is so necessary for hair

I've used both, just scramble up and massage into your hair. Whatever you do however, DO NOT rinse in hot water!! My daughter did that and she ended up with cooked scrambled eggs stuck to her hair. ha ha ha ha ha (don't tell her I laughed at her)
