We still have it in the states, but if you can't find it in ZA, you can always make your own the old fashioned way - with cherry syrup and Coca-Cola.

im in america in new jersey and they sell cherry coke just about everywhere. its like water so maybe try a supermarket like shoprite, or pathmark.com

here in Chicago in some store you can find it but Pepsi with cherry is more common that coca cola

I don't like the stuff, but you can find it almos everywhere in Europe or USA. Try American shops or order online.
