There are many vital factors that play apart of the common cold.
It all depends what strand you have, and how your immune system is.
If you ever have any worried, don't hessitate to see your doctor
(I hate them... but ehh... thats me)
Normally:
Headahces, Dizziness,Coughing, 'Itchy' throat (the feel of the bacteria first starting to eat away at the flesh in your throat), sore throat (first later of flesh eaten... yum), lack of hunger, thrist.
Like I said before.
It all depends on the strand, and your immune system.

You almost never get a fever when you have a cold.

Runny nose, itchy eyes, scratchy throat, sneezing, coughing, congestion, etc...
